If it is true that insects are still unattractive (physically speaking) for many Europeans, it is not a fatality! It is to facilitate the consumption of insects that Small Giants has launched the creation of a range of appetizer cookies (crackers) and thus overcome the visual barrier of our 6-legged friends.
Crackers rich in vitamin B12
This is one of the challenges of reducing our meat consumption: where to find the famous vitamin B12? In crickets of course! Crickets are rich in vitamin B12 and that's why Small Giants uses this insect in its crackers.
About Small Giants
Small Giants is an English company created by Edoardo Imparato and Francesco Majno. Its goal? To democratize the consumption of edible insects thanks to its delicious aperitif crackers, and we love it!
