Why eat insects ?

For a few years now, we have been talking about insects as being one of the foods of the future. What about the nutritional benefits?
Insects are a healthy and nourishing food resource, with important contributions in proteins and vitamins, omega 3 and 6, but also minerals. In addition, they naturally contain little fat. For those in the know, insects also contain all the essential amino acids, as well as vitamin B12, which makes them a particularly useful ingredient for muscle preparation and recovery.
