Our pasta is made in our workshop
Since 2012, we manufacture all Jimini's products in our workshop in Vaux le Pénil (77). Our pasta is not an exception and shows our know-how.
Our mission at Jimini's is to progressively integrate insect proteins in our diet so that everyone can benefit from their advantages. This is why we have created this line of artisanal pasta enriched with buffalo worm powder.
Protein pasta fusilli basil and spinach, enriched with Buffalo worm powder
Durum wheat semolina*, whole Buffalo worms (Alphitobius diaperinus)**, powdered 3.9%, dehydrated egg white*, dehydrated basil 2%*, dehydrated spinach* 2%.
*Ingredients from organic farming. In this product, 96.1% of the ingredients of agricultural origin are organic. Certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01

Our products are made in our own processing plant from nuts, cereals containing gluten, egg, sesame seeds and milk.
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Once opened, close the package tightly for optimal storage.
