Our buffalo larvae
The buffalo larva is a small beetle related to the Molitor family. Rich in protein, we use it as a powder that we incorporate into our protein bars. Like all our insects, our buffalo larvae are farmed in Europe to guarantee you the best traceability and quality.
Made from organic ingredients
All our products using insect powder are made from organic ingredients. Despite this, we cannot yet use the famous "AB" logo because products containing edible insects do not yet have access to it. Rest assured, we are actively working on it!

Date paste* 32.2%, almonds*, dehydrated apples* 7%, caramel* 7% (cane sugar*, glucose syrup*, sweetened condensed milk*, butter*, Guérande salt), honey*, unblanched almond puree*, hemp flour*, whole buffalo larvae (Alphitobius diaperinus)** in powder 5.5%, apple puree*, cashew nuts*, hulled hemp seeds*.

People allergic to molluscs and crustaceans and/or to mites may have an allergic reaction when consuming insects.
Our products are made in our workshop, which also processes nuts, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, sesame seeds and milk.
Despite all the care taken in making our bars, they may contain fragments of pit and shell.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from light and humidity. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
