Our crickets are carefully prepared in our workshop in Vaux-le-Pénil. Our little secret? We use acacia gum to fix the seasoning without adding oil or sugar. We do not use any artificial coloring or preservatives, for healthier and simpler products.
Of course you know our insects for their crunchiness at aperitif time, but you can also use your crickets to spice up your salad.
Dehydrated whole crickets (Acheta domesticus)* 65%, natural Cayenne pepper flavor 9%, spices (paprika, cumin, smoked pepper, turmeric, coriander, hot pepper), coating agent: gum acacia; salt, wheat flour, natural flavors, onion powder, tomato powder, beet powder, cayenne pepper 0.5%.
