Combined with a touch of nutmeg, it reveals all the flavours of the molitor! Delicately dehydrated and seasoned in our workshop in Vaux-le-Pénil, mealworm has a nutty flavour. It is rich in protein and fibre, like all our products.
Where are our mealworms reared?
Our mealworms, but also our crickets and locusts, are all raised on European farms. In addition to avoiding polluting transport, this guarantees the traceability and optimal quality of our insects.
