Combined with a touch of nutmeg, it reveals all the flavours of the molitor! Delicately dehydrated and seasoned in our workshop in Vaux-le-Pénil, molitor has a nutty flavour. It is rich in protein and fibre, like all our products.
Where are our molitors reared?
Our molitors, but also our crickets and crickets, are all raised on European farms. In addition to avoiding polluting transport, this guarantees the traceability and optimal quality of our insects.

Mealworms Comté cheese flavour & nutmeg
Dehydrated wholemeal worms (Tenebrio molitor)* 67%, natural comté flavouring (milk) 15%, coating agent: gum acacia; nutmeg 2%.
