Our three berry recipe is subtly smoked!
Not one, not two, but three berries chosen for their quality and their ability to go perfectly with our cricket! White pepper, black pepper and coriander seeds for a perfectly seasoned and slightly spicy recipe! Texte
How many tins for an aperitif?
One can of crickets contains 10 grams of crickets (about 13 crickets) which will satisfy 2 to 3 people, or more for the uninitiated.
Where do Jimini's insects come from?
For reasons of quality and traceability, our Crickets, Molitors and Crickets are raised on specialised European farms. This also allows us to avoid environmentally damaging transport.
Grasshoppers pepper
Dehydrated whole locusts (Locusta migratoria)* 65%, spices (ground coriander 3.6%, ground white pepper 1.5%, ground black pepper 1.5%, chilli powder, cumin), wheat flour, glazing agent: gum acacia; onion, salt, garlic (contains sulphites).

How do I remove the wings from my grasshoppers?
This is not mandatory at all, but we recommend it for a better mouth feel! Grasshopper wings are very thin and tend to break in your mouth, so we recommend removing them like peanuts!
