Where do our locusts come from?
Our locusts, but also our crickets and mealworms, are all raised in European farms. In addition to avoiding polluting transport, this guarantees our insects a traceability and an optimal quality.
Why remove the wings of our locusts?
Crickets have wings that we recommend you remove because they are very thin, which tends to scratch the throat. If you don't want to lose a crumb, you can eat them, they are quite edible.

Our tips
How do I remove the wings from my grasshoppers?
It is not mandatory at all, but we recommend it for a better mouth feel! Grasshopper wings are very thin and tend to break in your mouth, so we recommend removing them like peanuts!
