Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we invite you to reinvent it with our honey & almond granola, enriched with insect powder! Get a boost of energy, fiber, and protein to power you through the day!
Insect flour: A protein boost
Insects are a healthy and nutritious food source, with significant amounts of protein, omega-3 and omega-6, as well as minerals (iron). For those in the know, insects also contain all essential amino acids, as well as vitamins B1, B2, and B12, making them a particularly interesting food for aperitifs and other snacks, where we usually eat too much fat and sugar.
Where does our insect flour come from?
For quality and traceability reasons, our insects are raised in specialized farms in Europe. Our insect flour comes exclusively from Europe. This also allows us to avoid costly and environmentally harmful transportation. They are then dehydrated and prepared in France in our workshop near Melun. So no, we are not running through fields chasing grasshoppers!
