Enjoy the unique taste of our cocoa-flavored grasshoppers!
If for you also greed rhymes with cocoa, don't wait any longer and try our cocoa crickets for your little crunchy snacks! Our crickets have a natural taste close to that of hazelnut, so they blend perfectly with cocoa.
Why remove the wings of our grasshoppers?
Grasshoppers have wings that we recommend you remove because they are very thin, which tends to scratch the throat. If you don't want to lose a crumb, you can eat them, they are quite edible.
How are our crickets cooked?
Our crickets are carefully cooked in our workshop near Paris. Our little secret? We use acacia gum to fix the seasoning without adding oil. We do not use any artificial coloring or preservatives, for healthier and simpler products.
Whole dehydrated migratory locusts (Locusta migratoria)* 59%, sugar, cocoa powder 6.3%, glazing agent: gum acacia.
See ingredients in bold.
People with allergies to molluscs, crustaceans and/or mites may have an allergic reaction to insect consumption.
Our products are manufactured in our workshop processing nuts, cereals containing gluten, egg, sesame seeds and milk.
Store at room temperature, away from light and humidity. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
How do I remove the wings from my crickets?
It is not mandatory at all, but we recommend it for a better mouth feel! The wings of the crickets are very thin and tend to break in the mouth, that's why we advise you to remove them, as you would peel peanuts!
